Disclaimer
As we exclusively use 100% GOTS certified organic cotton, you may notice on a rare occasion, small, natural specks within the fabric. Barely visible, these are harmless remnants of the cotton plant itself.
The presence of these tiny specks is a natural result of avoiding harsh chemical bleaches and dyes during processing. This is a sign that your garment is in its purest, most natural form.
We believe in the beauty of nature, which is why we choose to use only 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton that is free from harsh toxic dyes and bleaches
Unlike conventional cotton, which is chemically stripped of natural matter, our fabric retains is natural character.
The presence of these tiny specks are proof that your garment is in its most authentic, unprocessed state. We see that as a badge of honour, confirming our commitment to a non-toxic, eco-friendly production process.

Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Shipping Times
- Standard Delivery: 2–4 business days
- Express / Next-Day Delivery: 1 business day (orders must be placed before [time, e.g. 12 PM])
- Delivery times may vary slightly depending on location and courier delays.
Shipping Rates
- Standard Shipping: £5 (free for orders over £150)
- Next-Day Delivery: £10 (Royal Mail Special Delivery by 1 PM)
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
- You can track your order at Royal Mail Website.

Missed Deliveries / Address Issues
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.
- If a parcel is returned to us, the customer is responsible for re-delivery costs.
Lost or Damaged Items
- We are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit; however, we’ll assist with courier claims where possible.
- If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
